Everyone likes a good football hooligan. Especially if he happens to be very good at racking up goals. And that pretty much sums up England's Wayne Rooney right there. The beautiful game has its fair share of rough looking characters, but the talented Man U striker has quite possibly the most protypical football hooligan mug ever imagined. It's a shame that Enlgand has been ousted from tournament play on yet another round of penalty kicks, but his brief gruff looking appearance was at least worth a quick ink sketch. With his odd new hair no less.
